Brendan is a qualified mining engineer, graduating from the Western Australian School of Mines (WASM) in 2003 and has experience within various mining operations in Australia, China, and Canada. This experience has given him a diverse knowledge of different mining environments, techniques, and management structures.
Brendan has extensive experience with metalliferous projects in both operational and consulting environments. His experience ranges from drill and blast system implementation, mentoring, engineering specific training, mine planning and optimisation to involvement with various mining studies from scoping through to feasibility, due diligence evaluation and initial public offerings.
Brendan holds a Western Australian First Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency and is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM).

Richard is a qualified mining engineer, graduating from the Western Australian School of Mines (WASM) in 2004 and has significant experience working in underground metalliferous projects in both operational and consulting environments. His experience includes drill and blast system implementation and optimisation, mentoring, engineering-specific training and management of various technical service departments throughout Australia and South America.
Richard holds a Western Australian First Class Mining Managers Certificate of Competency and also has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.
Richard has experience working with Deswik, Mine 2-4D, EPS, Vulcan, Surpac and RINGking
Open Pit Consulting Manager
Nick is a qualified mining engineer, graduating from the Isfahan University of Technology (IUT) in 2004 and has significant experience in technical services departments within open cut metalliferous mines. His experience includes department management, mentoring, operational and process improvement, project management, mine design and optimization, strategic mine planning, business management, and quarry management.
Nick holds an Unrestricted Quarry Managers Certificate of Competency and is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM).
Nick has experience working with Whittle, Alastri Package, Minesched, Vulcan, Deswik and Surpac.
Open Pit Engineering Manager
John is a qualified mining engineer, graduating from the University of Western Australia (UWA) in 2005 with significant experience in both technical services and mine operations across open cut metalliferous mines. His experience includes production engineering, drill and blast design, short/mid-term mine planning, productivity improvements, autonomous mining deployments, coaching/mentoring and quarry management.
John has experience working with XPac, XAct, Shotplus, Vulcan and Haul Infinity.
Lauren is a qualified Geologist, graduating from Wollongong University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Geoscience. She has significant experience working in underground metalliferous operations across Australia. Her experience includes underground production, drill planning, resource estimation, reconciliation, mentoring, and the management of the daily functioning of the Mine Geology department.
Lauren is a JORC competent person for the reporting of VMS deposits and holds an Associate Certificate of Applied Management.
